The club room met my expectations. The lounge offered drinks and food nearly all day. nicholas, the assistant manager, was wonderful and very helpful. he and his staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The bathroom seemed dated. Some areas showed mold like black stains. some tiles were out of place there. the shower water had inconsistent temperature. it made showers an adventure

my room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel has a pool with about twenty loungers and a shaded area. i appreciated the fitness facilities which include three treadmills and two stationary bikes plus other modern machines.

i noticed some dust on the bathroom blind it was easily visible.

the location was good. It was less than 5 minutes from the mrt station.

My room was not properly equipped. I expected a bidet in an asian hotel... what a joke! my room on the 10th floor smelled funny. I think it was the carpet. The windows did NOT open either.
